R.C. Amer has founded several businesses over a career of 40 years. Working in full-time ministry for ten years and transitioning to leading organizations founded on Christian principles, he has worked to help people in both for-profit and non-profit environments. His heart to lead and help other people realize change has brought him to this point of founding the Dream Network. The Dream Network serves to help every child find a dream locally and beyond.
